What we do know: A green, wide-faced cartoon character with teal eyes, a thick black mustache, a red bandana, and a lit cigarette in its mouth, rendered in a low-resolution, slightly distorted style. Chatters likely use it to convey a tough, unimpressed, or stoic "cool guy" attitude, often in ironic or deadpan reactions.
