What we do know: A low-resolution, pixelated image of a blue, white, and orange cartoon character viewed from behind, leaning forward with its rear end prominently displayed against a green and light background. The posture and motion suggest a thrusting or twerking action, which chatters would likely use to express excitement, hype, or a humorous reaction to something impressive or suggestive.
