What we do know: A close-up, heavily distorted image of a man's face with wide, bulging eyes looking off to the side, a prominent nose, and a scruffy beard, rendered in a stretched, low-resolution style with purple and pink skin tones. Chatters likely use this to express a feeling of extreme awkwardness, shock, or a sudden realization.
