What the picture shows

A close-up, low-resolution image of a cartoonish brown and tan animatronic bear with a wide open mouth and a pink tongue sticking out, featuring a single large, round, metallic eye with a small black pupil in the center, surrounded by other similar yellow bear faces in the blurred foreground and background. The image is used by chatters to express a sense of manic, crazed, or unhinged amusement, often in reaction to something chaotic or absurd.
