What we do know: A chibi-style anime character with dark purple hair and closed, happy eyes is being petted on the head by a large hand, with a small open mouth and pink blush on the cheeks. This emote is likely used in Twitch chat to express feelings of being soothed, loved, or to request affection and headpats.
