Be the first to define itWhat we do know: A cartoon anime-style girl with blonde hair and a small hair tuft, wide blue eyes, and a wide-open mouth, with large blue tears streaming down her cheeks, drawn in a chibi style with thick outlines. Chatters would use this to express exaggerated sadness, crying, or playful despair in response to something unfortunate or emotional.
