What we do know: A pixel-art anime character with purple hair and cat ears is shown lying face-down with her rear end raised under a white blanket or sheet, drawn in a simple low-resolution style. Chatters would likely use this to react with amusement or teasing when someone is being lazy, submissive, or presenting themselves in a silly, suggestive pose.
