What the picture shows

A pixel-art character in a dark blue outfit with a red cap sits slumped in front of a grey monitor, its face hidden behind two large bright green hands, while blue streaks resembling tears or rain fall across the scene. Chatters would likely use this to express exaggerated sadness, despair, or being overwhelmed while watching a stream.
