What the picture shows

A cartoon character with purple hair and teal-tipped pigtails has huge, wide-open eyes with heavy white tears streaming down its face, its mouth open in a wailing expression, drawn in a chunky, thick-outlined style. Chatters would use this to express exaggerated crying, sadness, or mock despair in response to something upsetting or pitiful.
