What we do know: A chibi-style character with spiky white hair, dark glasses, and a wide open-mouthed grin holds a glowing pink glowstick in one hand and a glowing blue glowstick in the other, with small orange horn-like shapes visible at the top of the head. Chatters would likely use this to express excited, hype-filled cheering during a stream or event.
