What we do know: A cartoonish green turtle-like character with large glossy dark eyes, pink blush marks, and a wide open smiling mouth raises one arm in a friendly wave, drawn in a cute chibi style with a yellow-orange striped belly. Chatters most likely use it as a cheerful greeting or hello wave when entering a stream or welcoming someone.
