Be the first to define itWhat we do know: A pixel-art cartoon girl with brown hair, a pink headband and scarf, wide staring eyes and an open grinning mouth, reaching one hand forward with small tentacle-like shapes around her. Chatters likely use it to signal eager, slightly unhinged excitement or to volunteer for something with creepy enthusiasm.
