What we do know: A person with both hands raised and palms facing forward, fingers spread, in a dark room with a blue and black checkered wall behind them, appearing to cast a spell or push something away. Chatters likely use this to jokingly accuse someone of cursing them or to playfully cast a hex in response to a message.
