What we do know: A cartoon-style character with spiky blond hair, closed eyes, and a wide open mouth, with thick blue tears streaming down their face while both hands are held up to their cheeks. Chatters likely use this to express exaggerated sadness, crying, or mock despair in response to something unfortunate or disappointing.
