What we do know: A cartoonish dark-skinned face with heavy wrinkles, teal tears streaming from squinting eyes, and a wide, forced grin showing large white teeth, drawn in a crude internet-meme style. Chatters likely use it to express pained or sarcastic laughter while crying inside, often in response to something funny but also sad or cringe.
