What we do know: A close-up anime-style face with heterochromatic red and purple eyes, furrowed dark eyebrows, flushed cheeks, and a wide open-mouthed grin with sharp teeth, framed by messy purple and blonde hair and a stitched collar. Chatters likely use it to express intense, chaotic excitement, mischievous glee, or a crazed, unhinged reaction.
