What we do know: A heavily distorted, low-resolution close-up of a pale human face with its mouth stretched wide open in a scream, eyes squeezed shut and head tilted back, rendered in a blurry, zoomed-in style. Chatters would likely use this to express intense screaming, hype, or overwhelming chaotic excitement.
