What the picture shows

A cartoonish yellow-and-white spotted big cat with pink ears, its eyes squeezed shut in a wide open-mouthed laugh while blue tears stream down its cheeks and one paw covers its mouth, drawn in a pixel-art style with a thick black outline. Chatters would use this to express laughing so hard they cry at something funny in the stream.
