What we do know: A green, blob-like cartoon face with heavy-lidded eyes that have pinkish-red rims and a small, relaxed smile, sitting atop a solid blue rounded body. The expression suggests being stoned or blissfully out of it, so chatters likely use it to convey being high, sleepy, or pleasantly zoned out.
