What we do know: A low-resolution, blue-tinted image of a person with messy hair and dark eye makeup, hands clasped together near their face in a clapping or praying gesture, wearing a green and blue outfit. Chatters would likely use this to express sarcastic or exaggerated applause, often in a dark or ironic context.
