What we do know: A blurry, low-resolution image of a pale green cat-like face with a rainbow-colored afro wig, pink heart and orange blush marks on its cheeks, and a small frowning mouth. Chatters would likely use this to express feeling silly, embarrassed, or playfully clownish in a chaotic or absurd way.
