What we do know: A low-resolution, blurry image shows a brown, cartoonish figure with wide white eyes and a huge open grin being squirted with a white stream from a blue-and-white nozzle held by a person's arm on the left. Chatters likely use this to react with exaggerated, chaotic laughter at someone getting sprayed or playfully humiliated.
