What we do know: A man wearing glasses and a headset with a microphone has his mouth wide open in an exaggerated shout while pointing sharply to the right, rendered in a low-resolution pixelated style against a white background. Chatters likely use this to express intense excitement, shock, or to emphatically direct attention toward something happening on stream.
