What the picture shows

A cartoonish light-green frog with black dot eyes, a small open red mouth, and large pink blush circles on its cheeks raises both stubby arms with one paw near its face, drawn in a simple flat outlined style. Chatters most likely use it to show enthusiastic clapping, cheering, or excited approval.
