What we do know: A cartoonish pale blue bird-like character with large dark red eyes, pink blush, and a red bow on its head is holding a red cup with a yellow lid and purple straw to its mouth, appearing to sip a drink. Chatters likely use this emote to convey casually sipping a beverage, chilling, or watching drama unfold while drinking.
