What we do know: A close-up, slightly blurry photo of a man with dark hair, glasses, and a beard, covering his mouth and nose with one hand while his eyes appear to be welling up with tears. Chatters would likely use this to express feeling overwhelmed, emotional, or trying not to cry during a sad or touching moment.
