What we do know: A cartoon character with orange hair and a purple face is shown mid-tantrum, mouth wide open in a scream, eyes squeezed shut, arms flailing with yellow motion lines around the fists, and legs kicking outward. Chatters likely use this to express extreme frustration, rage, or a comedic meltdown during a stream.
