What we do know: A green frog-like cartoon face with heavy-lidded half-closed eyes, a wide flat mouth, and one finger raised to its lips in a hushing gesture, drawn in a simple flat cartoon style with a blue shirt collar at the bottom. Chatters likely use it to tell someone to be quiet or to signal that a secret or silence is needed in chat.
