What we do know: A heavily distorted, close-up image of a purple-haired anime character with a wide, exaggerated red clown smile, blue teardrops under the eyes, and a red clown nose, rendered in a blurry, low-resolution style. This emote is likely used to express a forced, painful laughter or a sarcastic "I'm fine" reaction when something is actually upsetting.
