What the picture shows

A yellow cartoon face with raised eyebrows and a wide-eyed expression is shown squeezing a second yellow face around its middle with white-gloved hands, as if performing an abdominal thrust. Chatters would likely use it to signal that someone is choking on a joke or to demand a rescue from an awkward situation.
