What the picture shows

A row of five cartoon green frog-like characters with big shiny eyes and pink blush cheeks, each wearing a differently colored outfit (orange, pink, yellow, dark blue, and green) and sitting close together in a friendly group. Chatters would likely use this to express togetherness, friendship, or a warm group hug vibe in chat.
