What we do know: A cartoon green frog with large glossy black eyes and a brown mouth is wrapped inside a round blue bag, with only its head, small green hands, and brown feet sticking out. Chatters likely use it to express feeling cozy, snug, or comfortably contained, often in a playful or affectionate way.
