What the picture shows

A cartoonish pale cat-like face with pink inner ears, huge glossy black eyes, a furrowed brow, and a frowning mouth, with thick blue tears streaming down both cheeks in a stylized drawn look. Chatters most likely use it to express exaggerated sadness, crying, or playful despair in response to something unfortunate or disappointing.
