What the picture shows

A blurry, low-resolution image shows an orange and white cat lying on its back against a dark blue background, holding a grey smartphone up to its face as if taking a selfie or making a call, with a neutral, slightly dazed expression. Chatters likely use this to react to someone calling them, answering the phone, or appearing confused and disoriented in a funny way.
