What we do know: A crude MS Paint-style drawing of a white duck-like character with an orange beak and yellow eyes peeking over a thick black horizontal bar, holding a thin black stick or rod, with a small scribbled word at the top. Chatters likely use this to signal that they are lurking low, hiding, or dropping to the floor of the chat.
