What we do know: A yellow cartoon sponge character with green spots, heavy-lidded half-open eyes, and a wide open mouth showing two fangs and a pink tongue, drawn in a crude low-resolution style. Chatters likely use it to express a deranged, primal, or mocking laugh when something absurd or stupid happens.
