What we do know: A cartoon green duck-like character wearing a dark business suit with a red tie and white shirt, holding a brown briefcase with a green hand, shown in a side profile with a flat brown bill and black-and-white eyes. Chatters likely use it to convey a smug, corporate, or business-minded mood, often jokingly implying money, deals, or selling out.
