What the picture shows

A chibi anime girl with long white hair, blue-tipped horn-like accessories, large glossy dark eyes, and a small frowning mouth rests her hands on a brown surface, rendered in soft blue and white tones. Chatters likely use it to express a sad, pleading, or concerned reaction, often when checking on a moderator or asking for something.

No measured meaning yet. Used 1 times in 1 channels this month; one is written once chat gives enough evidence.
