cry

What the picture shows

A chibi anime-style character with white hair, a small light-blue hat, and large blue eyes is shown crying with tears streaming down her cheeks and her mouth open in a wail. Chatters most likely use it to express exaggerated sadness, frustration, or playful crying during a stream.
