What we do know: A cartoon green frog face with huge glossy black eyes welling up with large light-blue tears and a downturned orange mouth, drawn in a simple flat cartoon style. Chatters most likely use it to express exaggerated sadness, sympathy, or mock crying during a sad or unfortunate moment.
