hello

What the picture shows

A yellow cartoon face with wide bulging eyes, a huge open mouth showing a red tongue, and small yellow accent lines around its head, next to a speech bubble containing the word "Hello" in black text. Chatters likely use it to greet others in a loud, goofy, or overly enthusiastic way when joining a stream or chat.

No measured meaning yet. Used 83 times in 6 channels this month; one is written once chat gives enough evidence.
