What we do know: A cartoonish green blob-like character with a rounded head, black dot eyes, a small open mouth, pink blush marks on its cheeks, and a purple body holds a grey cordless phone up to its head with one hand. It is likely used in chat to express shyness, cuteness, or a happy "hello" when talking or listening on a call.
