What the picture shows

A small green frog-like head with a simple smiling face sits on a blue body in the lower left, while a much larger green head and blue body loom in the right foreground, all drawn in a crude, thick-outlined cartoon style. Chatters likely use it to express a warm, affectionate hug or cozy closeness between two characters.
