What we do know: A green, blob-like cartoon face with tightly squeezed eyes, blue tears streaming down its cheeks, and a wide, toothy grin, set atop a blue body with an arm pointing to the right. Chatters likely use it to express laughing so hard that they are crying while pointing at something funny.
