Be the first to define itWhat we do know: A red-faced cartoon character with small black horns, a stitched scar on its cheek, wide black eyes with white pupils, blue tears streaming down, and a huge open mouth showing white teeth and a pink tongue, drawn in a crude digital style. Chatters likely use it to express intense screaming, rage, or crying frustration during chaotic or upsetting moments.
No measured meaning yet; one is written once chat gives enough evidence.
