What we do know: A yellow smiley face with closed, angled eyes and a flat mouth holds a pale blue hand making a two-finger gesture against its forehead. Chatters likely use it to express a sarcastic or self-deprecating reaction, such as a mock salute or a playful "bang" to the head.
